Let Your License Plates Speak for the Animals

The need for spaying and neutering programs across the United States has prompted twenty-two States to make animal friendly plates available.  Animal Friendly plates differ by State, but generally for an additional fee, a special plate is issued, and then funds are  redistributed to free and reduced-cost spay and neuter programs.  Criteria on who receives the monies is different from State to State.  Below is the most up-to-date list of those States with animal friendly plates.
